Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 I'm not a huge Shawn Green fan. Or Geoff Jenkins. But that is not an appetizing lineup I see.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 I think it's more than most teams have. With Mr. Mer in the house, Steve Trachsel has three swinging strikeouts already, and he's not even out of the second.Steve Trachsel.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 bats are flying around that stadium like..........bats.

I'm having Nady and Floyd withdrawal.

Ramon Castro will come back, DiFelice will be gone, and besides, LoDuca will start every game in the playoffs anyway. That's the weakest spot in the lineup today.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 After three complete pitchers are mirroring each other.3 IP0 runsTrax has 4 Ks / Armas 3Looks like a dual in the sun.
Guest KC Guests Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 Well, there goes one perfecto as Chavez gets a hit.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 Endy with the Mets first hit of the game, a nice single thru the hole into right.Beltraan works an at bat and draws a walk.Nice at bat there Carlos.1st and 2nd for Delgado. Is it to early to whip this out? (ahhhhh!*everyone averts their eyes)Nooooo--this>
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 Delgado and Wright cant get a run across.Ground out and pop out.

And it's not catcher I'm particularly worried about. I don't like the corner outfielders. And when I'm worried about them I remember my doubts about Valentin....Ok maybe I am on the ledge of that bridge.

Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 Way to go from first to third, David.Un-fuddles.
Guest ScarletKnight41 Guests Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 Armas has been the victim of some very poor defense this inning. The Mets are the beneficiaries. The game is tied 1-1 in the 7th inning.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 Thank you Marlon.Anderson error (following an error by Nat catcher Schnieder) allows the Mets to tie it.
