The Mets will decide Mart�nez's status after he throws in the bullpen today, and they will almost certainly place him on the disabled list to clear space for Mike Pelfrey to make his major league debut this weekend against the Florida Marlins.General Manager Omar Minaya and Willie Randolph continued to say that Pelfrey was "in the mix" with Jos� Lima and Darren Oliver for starts tomorrow and one game of Saturday's doubleheader. John Maine will start the other game. "If he's ready to come up, bring him in," Randolph said of Pelfrey. "I love young talent."
