Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 You do know who Sue Kelly is? Right?
Guest Bret Sabermetric Guests Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 No, I have no idea. I just find her insights into baseball so astoundingly complex and deep. I'm staggered by her analysis. STAGGERED, I tell you.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Perhaps no other player in the history of the game has had the kind of instant and indelible impact on a team that Mike Piazza had with the Mets. Wow.

Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Having figured out the identity of Sue M. Kelly from her admiration for Mike Piazza and Bret's sarcastic response to KC's inquiry makes this thread hilarious to me. It brings back some memories. I believe Bret misses his favorite foil.
Guest mlbaseballtalk Guests Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Pardon my MOFO and CPF ignorance but who be Susan M. Kelly?

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Well, judging by the replies here, I guessing that it's a former poster - from both here and a previous board frequented by some CPFers - who was known for;- her devotion to MP- a generally rosy outlook on things - and, ummm ... well let's just say that logic wasn't her strong suit.
Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 For us newer folks, can we get a name?
Guest cooby Guests Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 It's nicely written, but not exactly informational.Nuts, the feedback link is down
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Note to self, for tomorrow ... make a smalller Jay Satan pic.
Guest Johnny Dickshot Guests Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 I think the M stands for "Ms."
Guest mlbaseballtalk Guests Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Lets see, Ms. Met?There have been several PiazzaFan variations, including one who's very into the goings on in WWE...Clearly a former so SK, Cooby and AstroAnnie are out (as far as I can tell the only female regulars here...
metsmarathon Old-Timey Member Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 dang. ya got me. its my blog.shouldn't there be more capitalized words mixed in for emphasis?
Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted January 2, 2006 Posted January 2, 2006 In my earlier post, I had originally posted the former user name of Ms. Kelly, but since we at the CPF generally refrain from using the real names of posters I felt guilty and edited my post. For those that were around during her time on the MOFO and early CPF, her identity should be obvious.
Guest sharpie Guests Posted January 2, 2006 Posted January 2, 2006 She's altered her style by not peppering most sentences with CAPS.
