saying yes eliminates many potential issues (what if guys get dealt to them midyear or away from them midyear, how will we enforce the rule)
saying no keeps the scum of the earth out of our league.

i vote yes since i probably won't take them anyway, let them clog up someone else's roster and leave more non-yankees for me.

Allow all players, I don't see the point in playing if all players are not allowed, no one says you have to keep them.

As much fun as it would be to ban the braves and Yankees, I don't think it's feasible -- especially with 20 players

But, we can heckle anybody who drafts Yankees or braves during the draft!!
