metirish Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 SNY sucks huh?, and I was going to bang in today.....what's the story with them.....is Bill Webb not part of the SNY team.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Is anyone else having trouble with Gameday Audio from MLB.com?It's sucking ass for me. It worked just fine for the WBC, so I really don't get this at all.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Maybe they have a different team on this broadcast. Maybe they're trying to upsell you to MLBTV.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 First and second, nobody out for Zimmerman. Darling (is that him?) is doing fine. Talks a little too muchly, though.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Well, I can't even get it to load, so all they're doing is frustrating me. I would've just brought a radio into work but I can't get AM reception here. Damnit, this bites.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Reyes dives enough to save a run, but can't come up and make the out.Bases loaded, no out.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Clayton with a sac fly.Schneider with a ground out to Delgado.Livan flies out to end the inning.1-1 in the bottom of the 4th.I'd really like to be listening to the game instead of Yahoo!ing it.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Delgado gets jammed and hits one 360 feet to left center and Alfonso Soriano is standing. right. there.Good scouting by the Nats.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 And then he catches a foul fly by Wright running into the wall in left.Give him a gold glove.
Guest Yancy Street Gang Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Count me among the pissed off. Extra Innings cut the game off in the first inning with Beltran at the plate. I called Comcast and they tell me that telecasts from New York are blacked out in my area. (They shouldn't be; I even double-checked by looking up my ZIP Code on MLB.com.)I'm expecting a call now from a "supervisor" but I don't expect that I'll get satisfaction.Anyway, I'm still able to watch the game. I'm getting the Nationals telecast on MLB.com.

Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Nady doubles him home, chasing Glavine for PotG honors in his debut.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Nady a triple and a home run away from the cycle.2-1 Mets.
Guest Yancy Street Gang Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Nady's gonna get some Schaefer.
Willets Point Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 It's a bit too early to be talking PotG for Glavine. He can still have one of his meltdowns. Nice that the Mets have the lead again.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 My first dose of "Chances of me working are... remote" this season.Ugh.
smg58 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Nady hits a solid double to left; Floyd is rounding third before Soriano gets anywhere near the ball. I could really learn to like Soriano playing for a division rival. Mets 2, Nats 1.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 I've been insufferable to anyone coming into or near my office.Especially since I can't get the damn audio to work.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Is Glavine done? Watson grounds out, Vidro singles, then Guillen doubles.Runners on 2nd & 3rd, 1 out, Nick Johnson at the plate.
smg58 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 HUGE pitch from Glavine to KO Johnson after going 3-0.
Guest Yancy Street Gang Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Johnson called out on strikes. Nice 3-2 pitch by Glavine.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 whew. How about three pitches in the dirt to over-eager Soriano now?

Guest Yancy Street Gang Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Nice job by Glavine getting out of a jam.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 boo-yah!Was that your Gary Cohen impression, Yance?Pretty convincing!
