Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 8 Posted March 8 I'm Bo Bichette. A few years ago, I was right in the middle of some weird family of a nepotism movement for the Blue Jays. There was me, Vladdy Guerrero, Jr., Cavan Biggio, Daulton Varsho, and probably three or four others I'm forgetting. We even had Isaiah Kiner-Falefa for a while, and he's, like, a super-nepo baby. Now, I'm a Met out of position, signed for a stupid-big salary to play third for the Mets and bat behind the big guy. It kind of seems ... alchemistic. It seems like something the Padres would do. But there are worse teams than the Padres, and worse outcomes. But I need to know what the outcome will be for me. Because I'm a nepo-baby, and we tend to expect good things.[FIMG=380]https://img.mlbstatic.com/mlb-images/image/upload/ar_16:9,g_auto,q_auto:good,w_1024,c_fill,f_jpg,dpr_3.0/mlb/ccz0p85fedggehuizxt0[/FIMG] [FIMG=320]https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/tFnDS4f3Ei01Si6jDtixTw--/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjt3PTY0MDtoPTQyNztjZj13ZWJw/https://media.zenfs.com/en/ny_post_sports_articles_389/ad23730bfbea5d89448c7857feaaaccb[/FIMG][FIMG=380]https://i.ytimg.com/vi/aVwuiIIT6hY/hq720.jpg?sqp=-oaymwEhCK4FEIIDSFryq4qpAxMIARUAAAAAGAElAADIQj0AgKJD&rs=AOn4CLBzmdVMz1o6kbne2NPwatb3OtvgYA[/FIMG] [FIMG=320]https://assets.newsweek.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/GettyImages-2257448330-1.jpg?w=1600&quality=80&webp=1[/FIMG]

whippoorwill Old-Timey Member Posted March 8 Posted March 8 There was a Bo in my first grade class for a little while and I kid you not he wore a little bow tie in his school picture. I was young enough to think that’s why he was called Bo
