Noticed that stories and social media posts are calling him "Zac" now...?

I mean, cool. We'll call you whatever. (See how easy that is?) Just curious if there's a story there.

I saw a "story" saying that he asked to drop the "H", just as Peter Alonso once asked to drop the "R".

My guess is that he's always spelled it "Zac" but someone somewhere assumed it should be "Zach" and he never bothered to correct it until now.

The H should be auctioned off for charity. 

I personally wish he'd drop the N in his last name.  Pronouncing the three consonants R-N-T in a row — three completely different kinds of phonemes formed with three different parts of the mouth — feels too much like work.

MLB.com and FanGraphs have respectfully dropped the H, but baseball-reference is lagging behind.

I feel like I never know whether it's "h" or "k" at the end anyway, so it's certainly easier to get correct this way.
