bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 Traded to the Orioles for "cash considerations".Missed Rhys Hoskins' fat head and got suspended for two games.
Cowtipper Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 I remember when he missed Rhys Hoskins' fat head and got suspended for two games.
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 Ramirez is my friend's nephew, which made me root extra hard for him to make the team...yet didn't keep me invested in his continued presence once he pitched a few times.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 He had his Sean Eates moment and it went about as bad
MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 Cash considerations?Did they even ask for Jackson Holiday?Later
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 Leaves behind a double-digit ERA, sadly.
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 I remember when Yohan Ramirez loomed as the next Michael Tonkin.https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2024/05/mets-dfa-max-kranick-claim-yohan-ramirez-waivers-orioles.htmlhttps://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2024/05/mets-dfa-max-kranick-claim-yohan-ramirez-waivers-orioles.html
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 I'm okay with Yohan reyohanning up. But I thought they were sweet on Max Kranik.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 Johnny Lunchbucket wrote:But I thought they were sweet on Max Kranik. So did I. Maybe the Mets are sufficiently satisfied with the current statuses of some combination of Senga, Megill, Peterson, and Scott that they feel they can spare Kranick.Or maybe they're confident that they can stash him in Syracuse after the DFA.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 Kranick being just off the Injured List is probably a good prospect for making it through waivers.
Cowtipper Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2024 Posted May 6, 2024 Hopefully they can stash Kranick, he's got a decent statline there so far.
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2024 Posted May 12, 2024 Max Kranick has indeed been outrighted to Syracuse.
