Edgy MD Site Manager Posted August 10, 2024 Posted August 10, 2024 Vinny was a confusing figure to me. I know he's a relief pitcher, and can even picture his face and his motion, but I hear or stumble over his name and, for some reason, I think of him as a reserve outfielder that also has some catching experience. Then I realize that I've conflated him with Vinny Rottino. He's really been in Bubble Hell. He's been called up multiple times by five different teams in four seasons, and mostly performed well, but never sticks for more than a few games.
