kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 I just tuned in. 6-sniffle is fun!!
Chad ochoseis Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Meanwhile, Marlins up 10-8 in what looks like a barnburner in Miami based solely on scoreboard. Second and third and 2 out for the Braves, so they might have tied it by the time I hit submit.
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Dodgers up 6-1 top 9. Unless Colorado mounts a 5 run rally, Freeman will finish the day 3-4 and McNeil is your batting champion.
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 James McCann and the Marlins. Assholes.

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 5, 2022 Author Posted October 5, 2022 I say Go, McCann!Mets putting up a nicely symmetrical three runs per inning.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 9-0Miami 12-8If these leads hold the Mets got 5 of 6 outcomes they needed to win the division. The one negative outcome was by 1 run. Very close
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 101 wins for the Mets and ATL... so one more win, at any time in the season changing one of the 61 losses to a win, would have won the title. Sigh.
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 one more win, at any time in the season changing one of the 61 losses to a win, would have won the title.Maybe "Games the Mets Pissed Away in 2022" deserves it's own thread thisoff-season.
