kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted July 31, 2022 Posted July 31, 2022 He scooted around those bases pretty fast too on that triple.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 31, 2022 Posted July 31, 2022 So of course he makes an E right after I say that.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 31, 2022 Posted July 31, 2022 Gotta like the no taking the foot off the gas attitude, especially on a day where it felt like an easy cruise early on.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 31, 2022 Posted July 31, 2022 Jose Fernandez, still would just now be turning 30.Wow!
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 31, 2022 Posted July 31, 2022 Two goals of today:Score copiously in odd-numbered innings.Get some work for the pitchers you haven't used in a while.I would have liked to get The Babe in on defense, but you can't have everything.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 31, 2022 Posted July 31, 2022 Watched first few innings on the Marlins feed, all I could find for back-of-the-truck streams today. Their announcers suck a big fat peninsula.
roger_that Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 Yeah, they're pretty bad. And Marlins' games (and ESPN etc.) are all I get down here.
