smg58 Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 I can't blame Ramos for this one; the throw took him too far up the line. But Diaz is no less brutal than last year.
smg58 Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 PS Conforto looked really awkward twice going from the pickup to the throw. Are we sure he's not hurt?
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 Consider Conforto lucky if he got to sit for awhile
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 The hit just short hopped him so he lost whatever momentum he had.But still, he doesn't have a RF arm and he seems insistent on getting the ballhome on the fly.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 Why the hell would we want to sit Conforto???
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 I meant Mike wouldn't have to participate in this crapolaI like Mike!
batmagadanleadoff Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 WTF happened here? I took a nap at 7-2 and woke up little while ago. I don't even wanna know the gory details. At 4-2, I was stewing because Alonso couldn't score from third on a pitch that got away and went to the backstop, figuring they'd pay for that eventually. But at 7-2 in the sixth, I was OK. I should've known better.
