In 2019, he took a memorable Uber ride to arrive in Flushing in time to sock a big homer vs the eventual world champs in May, and throttled the league-best Dodgers in September. Might have given us his MLB last, but it was also some of his best.

My 15yo son noticed Rajai stepping to the plate before he was announced as the PH and immediately stood up and exclaimed - "Yes!! Rajai Davis is coming up - he is awesome, we got this" I was still stewing over some now forgotten strategic error by Mickey and had no idea why he was so confident but Amazingly the boy was right. Thanks for the memory Rajai!
