Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 "Authorities" in the DR are now saying that Papi wasn't the intended target of the shooting.So if this was part of some drug ring beef, their hit squads aren't very good at their jobs and, if the other stories about the DR in the news are accurate, they'd increase their kill pct simply by sending their victims out on cruise ships.
