I always question those claims of 'muscle weight' gain including this recent Justine report about Jeff McNeil putting on 25 lbs
And while this one is at least possible since she mentioned it was over a 2-3 year span (many of these stories involve mere months) I still tend to treat such claims as exaggerated.
