Ironically, thanks to MLB's blackout restrictions and my "creative subscriber" to SNY status, I get the ubiquitous "MLB.tv Commercial break in progress" screen saver instead of actual ads. So I won't have much to add to this thread in 2018. You'd think these big companies would eventually figure out that they're cutting off their noses to spite their face.
