I think it has been consistent. Like I said, 2022 was excellent, but a one-off. Relative to his time in Seattle, the rest of his career with New York has been ho-hum. Compare his statlines between the two teams: https://i.imgur.com/WqZjPcO.png> His ERA with NY is more than half-a-point higher and his ERA+ is 30 points lower. Those are both significant. His WHIP is also up noticeably, and his H/9, BB/9 and HR/9 are up, as well.

In his time with Seattle, his save percentage was 90%. With New York, it has been 82%, with just one year (2022) eclipsing the 90% mark. Even in 2020, when he "looked" great with a 1.75 ERA in 26 appearances, he blew four of his ten save opportunities. 2022 was the anomaly; Diaz has been on the decline since leaving Seattle.

New day, new hints added.

Thank you. It appears the majority of the guys from 2018 and before are either out of baseball or no longer with the Mets in any capacity, so I won't be doing them.

This is rough.

Alright Edwin, let's lock it down!

Mets released Diosmerky Taveras and David Griffin, who'd spent parts of three seasons at Triple-A. They promoted Shintaro Fujinami. They sent David Peterson on a rehab assignment to Binghamton Rumble Ponies.

Lopez pitching like the Lopez of old.

Manaea's still pitching like an All-Star.

New day, new hints. There's not much more I can add for #1!

I slept through the game :-(

Quality choice. Many don't realize that they did a lot more than "The Impression that I Get."

^^ saw them in Johnson City, TN earlier this year. Let's go Mets! We might be underwhelming, but at least we're not the Marlins.

I'd love to go back to 2000.

I want a game that's fun to watch.

It is. To be good, you have to look bad.

I've never calculated the percentage of guys who made the majors, but the majority more than likely did not. Many were major league cards, but I've sent out a bunch of the Bowman First Year cards and cards from minor league sets, as well.
