One out away from being under .500 again.

I keep seeing these baseball video game ads. Is it just me or have the graphics really not gotten that much better in years? At the rate they were improving back in the day, I'd have expected near photo-realistic graphics by now.

That was a blunder I'd expect the Mets to make! We're wearing off on others.

DJ Stewart won't be with the team all year. They have a lot of guys who are competent enough to be DH and I have a hunch he's the weak link. Once that OBP starts to come down, he'll be less and less appealing.

    Ray Chapman?

=Fman99 post_id=153630 time=1714335693 user_id=86] OK, boys, go get that run. He's halfway home already, literally.

    Garrett actually might be legit.

Wynn just swung after the ball was in the catcher's glove.

Reed is pitching! He's on my fantasy team now. Let's go Reed!

Nimmo got decent carry there. Carry implies good "distance" for those who get confused.

    Sorry they confuse you.

Vientos didn't let himself get hit. Poor team player. Send him back to Single-A. Never mind, he redeemed himself.

=Cowtipper post_id=153617 time=1714334915 user_id=166] They need to crank out a good bottom of the ninth. Come on boys, let's crank one out!

I've been away for a few days...did anyone note that Diaz recently reached save #100 as a Met?

Nolan's back to the bench with Aren-NADA.

    <---this guy is still bullish.

In another move I picked up Reed Garrett. What a topsy turvy world where I'm voluntary picking up Reed Garrett.

I dropped McNeil from my fantasy team today.

What does it look like? A jammed shoulder? A broken pinky in that oven mitt?
  23. Cowtipper
The reliever has regressed to 3rd grade and pitching from 50 feet.

DJ Stewart is only slightly more aesthetically appealing than Vogelblob. Stewart looks like if you squeezed him hard enough, a dozen hot dogs would eject from his various orifices.

I am both excited and stoked that I will finally be able to give a starting pitcher a lot of points in the Player of the Game voting.
