It was a good game--enjoyable. At least up until the Dellucci homer off Oliver. Shame to see Utleys streak come to an end- I get no joy from that. Not bummed tho--the loss bums me out. Phones ringin already and Im sure thats one of my Philly Phan Phriends. Grrrr.....

UGH---Gordon makes Beltran look like a tit with a mean breaking ball for strike three. Its up to Delgado to keep it going. And Flash gets strikes him out on three pitches! Good guys lose.

Mets almost get a break- LoDuke grounds to 1st and Gordon falls down going to cover. But a heads up Howard gets over there quickly and gets the unassisted putout. Beltraan.....

Flash Gordon will try to close it off. LoDuca, Beltraan, Delgado up- then Wright, Floyd and a PH for Feliciano- ...Gotta think positive.

BIG K of Dellucci (I learned his name has 2 L's in it by looking up his stats earlier- learn something new every day.....) by Feleece gets him out of it, and leaves Utley standing in the on deck circle.

Feliciano on to pitch. And Wrights error allows Victorino to reach first safely leading off the inning. Victorino is sac'd to second, grouded out over to third. Burrell is intentionall walked and Rollins is hit by a pitch. The Phils have the bases loaded, two out.

CarlosD moves up an Wrights line flyout to right. damn---the throw by Victorino beat Delgado to third by a mile, but was way off line. That was a lil scary. Floyd can tie the game here.

pooppaddies! Oliver gives up a homer to Delucci leading off the inning. And Utley grounds a hard one up the middle, and Valentin makes a fine play, possibly robbing him of a single. Thats debatable--of course the Phils anouncers paint it that way. It was a really nice play by Val.
