Yes it was Brown. And they asked Charlie if it bothered him. He said when he first came up (70s?) that stuff just didn't happen. Now, he says, players do it all the time, so it's not an issue with him. He stated that its not an issue with him but if his pitcher considers it an issue, then it becomes an issue. lol. I love listening to Charlie in press conferences.
