After his last pitch Rivera looked right at the dugout for aid. He saw something wrong, Noah winced in pain for a sec. Not good. I like that Rivera didn't let that go unnoticed. I think that was smart. I don't think Noah would have taken himself out.

Oh come on... Thor done. Not sure why.

This time I love the umps. Kidding. They are messin' up mah game! Zvon's getting perturbed! That's why Rivera is in there. Very nice.

Cespedes leaves the game with a "strained right quad". Murphy and his double the culprit.

The 3-2 called strike to Reyes:

Why don't they just make it if a runner is on first and there's a ground ball that an infielder catches cleanly, boom, automatic double play. [ /] That's really the only way they can assure no one gets hurt at 2nd base during the attempt.

Whoa, contact! That's was like slow motion real time.

What happened? I stepped off for 2 minutes. Eh, maybe 5 minutes. Robinson? Again? Ugh. He's got a total of 5 HRs, 2 since yesterday against us.

TOPPSnow added another Mets player card. Wilmer's 6 hit game. A beautiful card. I figured they might issue one for Flores but I didn't even go look. Just ran into this while card surfing and I would have to think the opportunity to get Wilmers card has come & gone. Good. It really is a beautiful card though. But not 10 bucks of beautiful.

I wish the media would just wait until they have the complete story. 1) So it was a gesture by lil d'. Very nice. 2) Reyes said to the press that he would try to show his appreciation with a gift. 3) Reyes did w/a watch (how cliché but also very nice). All very transparent, no solicitation involved. So why even try to spin it that way? Assholes.

    What an excellent game.

Walker did gesture to an ump, or maybe our bench, that he thought there was an infringement, but I don't think TC challenged.

BTW, what a fuckin awesome play by Cabrera.

In my book, both of his slides tonight were totally acceptable. They are fuckin up may game! Warren's gonna get angry!!

Ugh. Don't make it that easy Fammy. They won't even swing the bat. Focus maaaan. Whoaaaa. Interference!!!! > I LOVE UMPS!!!

At the plate Revere looks like he's just a tad over 4 feet tall.
