    My only caveat is he missed time in 2010 with two bulging discs and this would be his third organization.

    Alot of moving parts to be worked on. Paperwork, Physicals Legalese and such to finish. Guessing tomorrow. I don't like the different proposals but Dickey kinda sealed his fate at the Xmas Party. Bad judgement by R.A. that day.

    I saw a tweet on Rotoworld from Jeff Passan that this may be morphing into a multiplayer trade on both sides. If Thole goes wouldn't Arencibia have to be the C coming back? D'Arnaud is not 2013 ready with that knee I think.

    I asked David Cone a few years ago who the two best righties of his generation were and his answer was. 1. Bob Gibson 2. Tom Seaver He qualified it by saying Gibson for a day and Seaver for a season. I didnt ask about 1968 lol.

I tried some similar calculations in the past but these people put in way more time than me. Niese is one of those under perform FIP guys usually. Last year was better though, so it's interesting. ERA and FIP are both fair metrics.
