    Second base is being manned by the quasi-inspiring duo of Emmanuel Burriss and Ryan Theriot, carrying the slack while the Gints wait for Freddy Sanchez' shoulder, and face moles, to heal up enough to get him back on the field next month. Neither has done much to date, Burriss hitting at a .280 clip (but just a .613 OPS) with 2 runs and Theriot at a paltry .190. That's his batting average, and OBP, and SLG. Yep. Four singles in 21 AB's and 17 outs. Hey, I hear their SS is an equally big steaming coil of statistics. So what'cha got?
