    I'm not a psychologist, but I DID stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Max is still stinging from not being able to go for the Dodgers when they really needed him last year. I think he's still hurting from the oblique but is damned if he's not going to pitch. Therefore, he's going out there compromised. He and Buck really need to have a heart-to-heart if they make it to the next round. They showed Max wincing as he was warming up before the game. So he decided to gut it out, with sub-par results. DeGrom is not 100% either, as he's apparently having trouble with his control. My .02, your mileage may vary.
