No Hits through six!! Details at eleven... That's so cute because it looks like your dog is saying it

Dang it! Well, Bednar sucked eggs for the Pirates earlier this season so maybe he’ll do it again.
  8. whippoorwill
Why would the Mets need Bednar? They have Mr horn

This was a bad loss. Some positives to take away from this streak snapper: . 1) we didn't burn Diaz 2) big confidence builder for Mauricio 3) and Vientos 4) hard to win when you're getting jobbed by umps. They owe Soto big time now. 5) Pads got lucky, foul pole Homer, miracle catches by Tatis, can't do much with that shit 6) Baty coulda, shoulda caught that "double," and it's a different ball game 7) Rico Garcia (who?) looked impressive 8) I'm out of desperation takeaways Good to see you!

I saw more plays at the plate in last night's Pirates game than I have in a few years! Very exciting

He's on my fantasy team, and I already have him written on my desk lamp to remind me to draft him next year.

Yes, the fans did it for years, some cities loading up the teams with players from their local team. But that was the starters. I don't recall how the rest of the team was filled out. And after that abuse, the voting was changed and I'm not sure who voted for the AS team. Later I think it was the team AS managers but I could be mistaken

The snub is going to fire up Soto. He'll be thinking, "I'm not an all-star? I'll show you why I should be the MVP". He's going to put up huge numbers in the rest of the season. Later That would be great!

=Centerfield post_id=197454 time=1751852274 user_id=65] I remember as a kid being super excited to see the Mets represented at the ASG. Now when they play all I can think is “don't get hurt”. Would love to know when that transition took place.

Alaska.com as fence ad on Pirates/mariners game. It just seems kinda quaint

If it makes you feel any better, the Pirates 🏴‍☠️ have now swept the Cardinals too
