    Omar gave a 40 minute press conference and was asked several times if he would guarantee Willie was going to be coach next season and he kept side-stepping it, he did say he has full autonomy but felt he owed it to Wilpon to sit down with him, it was a classic Minaya interview.

    I think Frank Robinson would be a good fit for this team, he would certainly hold players accountable for their actions, maybe a bit old though and probably wouldn't fancy replacing a friend.

    Although the MFY's were an endearing story this season with Steinbrenner going senile and Sister Torre getting fired and Rodriguez becoming a man I am pulling for Cleveland.

    I'd say we have an old pitching staff but probably not any older than other teams, Joe Smith was used a hell of a lot early doors, and in big spots too.I'm hoping he will benefit from this next season.

    I see Omar trading Schoeneweis to either Florida,Pittsburgh,Philly,Atlanta, ,Yankees,Tampa,Toronto,Baltimore,Kansas,Angels,Boston,Cleveland,Arizona,Chicago,Los Angeles,Houston,Texas,Seattle,Oakland,St. Louis,Washington or Cincinnati for a prospect , or just cutting his ass.
