Maybe when Looper was here.
-
I guess Young was on a count or something , but yeah taking him out is huge.
-
Perhaps there was but there are times I find Ron condescending , maybe I am just pissed that we are not hitting here.
-
Gary talking about Seaver striking out the last ten batters he faced in his nineteen strike out game when Ron chimes in with " for you folks at home I want to tell you how hard that is", oh thanks Mr. Big Shot I would never have known.
-
I thought Murph should have had that one , home run for Kouz.
-
Gary said no relation , did mention that his dad is a football coach at some college. SMU is the college.

] Mets' Wagner going on DL BY ANTHONY RIEBER | anthony.rieber@newsday.com 4:15 PM EDT, August 5, 2008 As expected, the Mets announced that Billy Wagner is going on the disabled list with a strained left forearm. General manager Omar Minaya said an MRI taken Tuesday showed no structural damage. Minaya called it "good news."
-
I would expect Minaya to be fired and Tony Bernazard promoted to GM.
-
David Lennon blogs today that no matter what the MRI showed to expect Wagner to go on the DL. On Church he had this to say. ] The Ryan Church saga. Not good. I had a discussion with Church as he was packing up following Sunday's loss and he was quite frustrated with how things are going. He took batting practice indoors on Sunday after not doing much of anything on Saturday, but Church said he had no idea of what the team's plans are for him. He was supposed to be on a rehab stint in Port St. Lucie after the Mets left Miami, but Church said on Sunday there had been no talk of that since then. If Church is not sent out for a rehab stint in the next day or two, I think it's time to wonder if he'll actually play again this season.

I expect Hank will be looking for a lot more for seats at MFY II and the seats where Jeter tumbled into will be going to the Smithsonian.
-
For that price I could buy a whole set at Bob's Discount Furniture.

Livan Hernandez apparently will clear waivers today , probably will be plenty of teams interested.
-
IIRC Garcia was never a hard thrower , which is fine but I would be curious to see what he is topping out at .
-
The second to last guy has a bit of Patrick Dempsey going on.
-
Nice memories from Cipot , especially for Hough.
-
The first several minutes of the movie with no dialog is riveting .

Cancel going for his first steal of third in ten years....wtf?
-
The pen needs some help , or changes.
-
Philly won tonight , this would be a tough loss , got to win games where Santana pitches like tonight.

IOW - BIG difference True , and good points Doc. A part of me was responding to Keith who I thought was beating that to death, Keith hates to see fundamental errors.

The way Keith was talking I was sure he was going to leave the booth for a chat on the mound with Wagner.
