    Opts not to have surgery , rests and rehabs , goes to Spring Training but there is always that question in the mind.....blows out arm completely in April and that's that.

    Get rid of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda - Lose that ugly 42, and replace it with a statue of Tom Terrific: Make the rest of the Rotunda a celebration of Mets history This I would rename the stadium Seaver Stadium at Kiner Way....it's a mouthful but can be worked on.

    Well, I will say that I love taking my son to CF, it is very kid friendly.....I don't think we would do the run the bases thing again.....more like "hurry the fuck up and don't stop", the wait was not worth the payoff....

    Tying up the family trust funds with the Mets(Sterling etc.) , there was no way they were ever going to lose control of the franchise when they were that dug in.

    I remember Stanton being a dick back then, I hated him when he joined the Mets after that.....my memory of Bobby then was him being very visible in helping out and helping people......he might overstate things but people shouldn't understate what he did, he was a great man back then, perfect for the time.

    Jim Bowden sure knows about making off season FA signings......and skimming money.... It's quite possible the Mets don't write off 2014 and they go out and get some players and make a push for a winning season.....I hate to think 2015(even though I mentioned it yesterday).. that's a long way away from 2006 our last post season....fuck.
