  1. .230/.310/.390. Average range with a below average arm.
  2. Has a season consistent with his .301/.382/.506 career line, gets up to 24 home runs.
  3. Still a work in progress, but the Mets will take his 180 IP, 3.30 ERA, and 1.25 WHIP.
  4. Somebody not in the organization currently will be the Mets' Opening Day shortstop. Hangs on for five more years as a utility guy on another team.
  5. Begins the year spelling C Young and Lagares against some righties and Grandy and Murphy against some lefties. May get a more clearly defined role if C Young plays like he did last year, but gets at least 400 AB regardless. Figures out that taking fat fastballs is not the way to get on base, and his numbers improve somewhat. .270/.340/.355, with 50 SBs (second in the league to Billy Hamilton).
  6. Nymr83 wrote: What'll you give up for Jimmy Rollins? Nothing. He is rapidly declining and I have no interest in letting the Phillies off the hook on that salary. This.
  7. I'm bullish on him. Gives us 70 solid innings out of the pen. 3.00 ERA and a 4.0 K/BB ratio.
  8. Comes up in August after Colon gets traded, does decently. 3.50 ERA over 75 IP.
  9. The league was catching up to him a bit I think, but he'll still see plenty of action against lefties. 250 AB, .260/.350/.380.
  10. We'll see him the last week of September.
  11. I'll be the optimist and say slightly better and always.
  12. He hasn't fully recovered from his injury yet. He has options, so presumably the Mets won't drop him from the 40 until/unless they doubt he can get back to where he was the second half of last season. So I guess the big question now is has Scott Rice fully recovered?
  13. Does OK as the fifth starter out of the box but gets displaced by Montero. Finishes the year in the pen and does pretty well.
  14. Gets hurt early, opens the door for Montero. Comes back (displacing Dice-K) and finishes with a 3.70 ERA over 120 IP.
  15. I think he'll start in the pen and then they'll be afraid to move him because they'll have better rotation option than pen options. 2.80 ERA in 70 IP, get the 8th inning job and runs with it.
  16. He'll do something close to his .290/.333/.424 career numbers. Won't get extended or traded.
  17. Gets a token appearance when one of our outfielders goes on the DL. Needs to hit with a dramatically reduced K rate at AAA to see any more significant time in the majors.
  18. Ceetar's line looks about right to me. .700 OPS and a (deserved) Gold Glove.
  19. Makes the team as a long reliever/spot 6th starter and does decently, giving the Mets 80 IP and a 3.70 ERA.
  20. Yeah, I think he'll get a few free flights out of Southwest before the season is over. Which is a polite way of saying he won't be good enough to stick.
  21. I'll be unoriginal and agree with Vic.
  22. I'm thinking 210 IP and 3.50, but Montero, Mejia, and Syndegaard will all be better pitchers by the end of the season.
  23. I'll say 45 IP at a 3.50 ERA and a 1.30 WHIP.
  24. If he's healthy, I don't think 60 IP at a 3.50 ERA are beyond him.
  25. He won't make the team, but a .900 OPS in half a season at Vegas (coupled with a failure to establish himself as a viable middle infield option) will make him prime trade bait at the deadline.
