    I used to think Al Moran had the worst swing of any Met, until I saw Short. He is Al Moran with a little bit of power, what we used to call the consummate futility infielder. When Martinez is brought up to the majors, Short's career will be just that, short. Since he has a career .179 BA, extrapolation tells me that will be before he gets his next hit. Later
