  1. Josh Edgin.
  2. Fernando Salas.
  3. Roberto, Orlando and Anderson were all on hand for the stretch run of 2006, a most marvelous year in that a stretch run was barely necessary.
  4. Jeff McNeil – 3B J.D. Davis – LF Michael Conforto – RF Pete Alonso – 1B Wilson Ramos – C Joe Panik – 2B Amed Rosario – SS Juan Lagares – CF Noah Syndergaard – RHP Frazier grabs some pine.
  5. Jack DiLauro.
  6. Ramon Castro.
  7. Royce Ring.
  8. Good quiz!
  9. Let's call Teddy Martinez off the bench.
  10. Two from the same season. Helpful hint because one unimaginative manager seemed likely to not deploy his available players to the fullest extent of their utility. 2006: Chris Woodward and Julio Franco.
  11. Stop bleeping around, boys. Win tonight. And don't rain tonight (he implored whilst packing his poncho). Noah for us. No way for them.
  12. =Fman99 post_id=20075 time=1566954330 user_id=86] I like this 42 much better than the giant blue one in the Rotunda.
  13. Bonilla was on the postseason roster for the same reason Robinson Cano will be on this season's if one exists and Cano is somewhat able. Bobby Bo delivered a pinch-hit in Game Six of the NLCS and was not pinch-run for (nor did he advance).
  14. Bobby Bonilla, of all people.
  15. Fun parts. Inadequate sum.
  16. Braves have released Lucas Duda, who had been in the minors since they scooped him up.
  17. The stirrups story alone is good for a half a Schaefer point for Mazza tonight.
  18. 42ND HR: Pete Alonso 2019: Mets Game 131
  19. Tucker is an incredibly impressive answer.

  22. Dave Magadan.
  23. Tom Jordan, who was the last living MLB player to have been born prior to 1920, 99. He died 10 days shy of his 100th birthday. https://ripbaseball.com/2019/08/27/obituary-tom-jordan-1919-2019/https://ripbaseball.com/2019/08/27/obituary-tom-jordan-1919-2019/
  24. Vince Naimoli, 81, original owner of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Every time I hear the Rays referred to as “Tampa,” I remember Naimoli complaining to the Mets that they shouldn't have listed them as such on the Shea scoreboard during their inaugural Interleague visit in 1998. On this count he was right. The name of the team isn't Tampa and they play in St. Petersburg.
  25. Ron Hodges.
