And it's not going to be looking too mayoral to give baseball players a pass when hundreds or thousands (I don't know which) of city employees lost their jobs due to vaccination requirements - then saying it doesn't apply to clubhouse loungers.

Seems that 5/70 is now 5/85. Not that another 3/yr is a big thing these days.

There's a whole 'nother majority of players who don't like long games going into the 13-14th inning -- thinking it's taxing on the body, causes players to miss subsequent games and messes up the bullpen rotations. Not to mention that there's also having to send pitchers down and and bringing in a fresh arm. Or so I've heard. Gosh knows what I'll wake up to tomorrow for posting that.

Sinclair is now getting big again in the region, Dino would be fun too if Cracker Jacks doesn't get it done.

Hopefully having a dozen airbags these days will make it less traumatic than your experience. I'm sure more will be written about this the next day or so so I'm just gonna leave things and be happy happy happy everyone's ok. -

Small Cracker Jacks box would be fun.

Gave up ten ding dongs last year in a little less than 60 innings. Mel Rojas is his #1 Sim Score guy on bbrdotcom lol...
-
Good luck with that! How many ding dongs will he give up in Philly before Memorial Day? I'll kinda miss him, I mean he was a Met for like a decade. Time flies, and so do meatballs...

On Tuesday, March 15th, The Casey Stengel Chapter will host a presentation by Marc Gold on The Early New York Mets at 7:00 ET. A short description can be found here: http://sabrnyc.org/SABR NYC - Casey Stengel Chapter. If you are a member of any of the 3-4 area chapters and get CSC-NYC emails, please check your inbox and pre-register with the link provided. Non-members here are invited and can get Zoom registration info by PM'ng me. I'll answer by Monday morning. I'm excited about this event, Marc is the the real deal on this subject. I'll be moderating, but upside for everyone is that I'll only talk for less than 90 seconds. #lgm #ygb #ymdyf
