Edgy MD Site Manager Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 In case you've missed the action, a pattern is developing, wherein Noah Syndergaard apparently is having trouble not calling people "douche" on social media.First came the shot at Bryce Harper on Instagram. Now, there may or may not be any number of reasons to drop "Douche" on Bryce Harper, but this seemingly came out of nowhere, as unprovoked as a beanball.[tweet:3jwjq23i]https://twitter.com/barstoolsports/status/815314942580629504[/tweet:3jwjq23i]But now he seems to have gone after an innocent (if dopey) fan.[tweet:3jwjq23i] [/tweet:3jwjq23i][tweet:3jwjq23i] [/tweet:3jwjq23i]Either somebody has Syndergaard's password for two different social media platforms, or the Mets' top pitcher is way off of Jay Horwitz's ranch.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 Doesn't seem like that's how it went down. if Thor seems to have been commenting on the "Thor fittingly wore a crown last night" and it seems like he was referring to himself.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 I don't understand any of that.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 I just wish he'd stay off Barstool. cesspool.

Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 There's a very fine line between Syndergaard and Harvey that the former is toeing, let's just put it that way.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted January 3, 2017 Author Posted January 3, 2017 Yeah, I was concerned that I saw him warming up for that role back in April.
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 I don't think he's toeing any line. I think he's crossed it.Bryce Harper may certainly seem like a douche. He comes across as arrogant, doesn't run out some fly balls, and has that haircut. But has only ever been respectful and humble when he actually opens his mouth. Plus all of his teammates except Papelbon seem to like him.Noah went out and called him a douche. If this is true, this is not right. I get that they are young and this sort of thing probably happens, but he is a professional, and he should conduct himself like one. Harvey may be guilty of acting douchy, but he's never outright insulted another player completely unprovoked.Let's hope this was a lapse in judgment and not a sign of things to come.
Guest cooby Guests Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 Maybe they're really best buds and he's just ragging on him
nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 I've always liked Harper from when he said "that's a clown question bro" to the dumbass reporter who asked him if he was drinking underage
Chad ochoseis Old-Timey Member Posted January 4, 2017 Posted January 4, 2017 Harper has always struck me as the kind of arrogant yet decent jock who would cut you off in his BMW on his way to conducting a clinic for impoverished kids.
