The Sox have 3 LHRs in their pen so, on the idea that you're 'saving' Conforto for later when there's not a lefty on the mound, there almost certainly will be one on the mound the second Conforto was announced into the game.

A quick glance at that should have indicated the age of that tweet because Cabrera isn't on the Giants because he's on the field right in front of us!!
