A much needed display of offense, a beautiful thing to see on this beautiful afternoon. Matz looked terrific. Verrett very very good.

And a winning series which was definitely needed.
Still a lot of problems remain. The run scoring was thin in the first two games but it was also Kershaw & Greinke so you can't be too critical on that front.
But they then got to the lesser part of the rotation and pen and put up 11 runs over the final 11 innings.
