I gotta invent a new penalty for that. Premature e-speculation or something.

My last guess is Bonilla, although I woulda thought Brogna was
a better guess and he didn't make the cut.

Bonilla appeared in the 1999 post-season, although I'd bet anything that the brass overruled Bobby V when it came to including Bonilla on the post-season roster.

ok - I just peeked - I never would have guessed the last one...

Me neither, unless I was allowed a lot of wrong guesses. I guess this one surprised me even more than Kent.

Three currents make the list, Murphy, Duda and Tejada, a testament of sorts to the Mets playoff drought.

The '77, '80, '81 and '82 squads each had five players from this list.

My next two guesses (should have come before Christopher) were Hunt and Hickman, but I had to do work.

Stupid work!

Wow, nice!! I wouldn't have said him with a week of guesses.

You got the 16th and 17th players, Taveras and Christopher, respectively.

Was thinking of recent-vintage guys, and after Murph and Duda, well... he's just been around a lot longer than you realize.
