Yeah, there's that. He's also not general depicted as a gnomically proportioned, relative to humans, but anthropomorphically sized. Additionally, to get the effect you're meaning to get, you need to italicize where the emphasis falls: "THAT'S MR. MET TO YOU!" or "THAT'S MR. MET TO YOU!" I'd even spell out "Mister Met," even though his name is more typically depicted as "Mr. Met" to give people a feeling for the pronunciation: "THAT'S MISTER MET TO YOU!"

Nice artwork, but editorially it's all over the place.

(Amazingly, Spellcheck accepts "gnomically" as an actual word.)

Yes, the Mister should definitely have been bigger or bolder then the rest of the text, or italicized.

But I don't mind the change to the body proportions. Think of it as a caricature of Mr. Met.

Just had to scan the cartoon which was on the front page of our
local Gannett rag but didn't make it to the online version.
