Hope he does. I suppose there's some benefit to knowing what we've got in Gee, but this kid's upside seems considerably higher and I felt like he wasn't necessarily as bad as it all looked last year.

Now that doesn't mean they have to rush it with him but I'm sure Terry will find it unpardonable to pull, reinsert and then pull the same guy from his role.

i just drafted a fantasy team with my daughter last night and we ended up with 5 Mets [wright, duda, cuddyer, d'Arnaud, and Harvey]. So its good to see The Dude getting his timing back.

I find it odd that Montero is still starting in the spring if they are bringing him north with the pen.

I know that all brass wants him to be a starter eventually and that Gee is still being shopped according to "sources" this morning, but now that the bullpen lefty has been acquired, is Gee really going anywhere this week?

It's hard not to love what Montero gave today.

He may not be a power pitcher, but his form is very Goodenesque to me.
