If I included pitchers with career WAR's < 4.4, then you'd see what bad is, and Jack Fisher wouldn't be near the bottom. You'd have to be decent just to accumulate a 4.4 career WAR. A pitcher who averaged less than a 1.0 WAR per season probably wouldn't get enough innings to get to 4.4.Unless he was the Rey Ordonez of pitchers.
