MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Terry on Travis (from Yahoo): "There's some things that he's got to get fixed, and one of the things is to go down where bright lights aren't so on you on a daily basis to where you can relax a little bit and find your swing." They want to get him away from bright lights, so the send him to Vegas. I know, different kind of bright lights (spot VS neon) but it struck me as funny.Later
Vic Sage Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 We need to send d'Arnaud down to work on his game; he continues to be as overmatched against major-league pitching as he was last year. Teagarden is hitting with pop; he can share time with Recker for a while and we're bound to get more production from those 2. If even I could see it, it was just a matter of time.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 Paul Lo Duca could have hit that grand slam farther lefthanded.
