This is still a winnable series.. We just need to hit and although fine of late Ervin Santana is far from dominating.

In Colon I have faith...

Even when Freddie doesn't kill us, we die.

So if anyone can come up with a good reason why the powers at be decided that outfield fair/foul calls are challengeable but infield ones are not I'd like to hear it.

That was just so much bullshit! That was a foul ball that pushed off his foot. Those umps couldn't see that?

Yeah, that too.
Not only should at least ONE of them seen it, but the fact that it then isn't even eligible to be corrected by the eye in the sky seems very odd.

Back in the day (last season) a second base ump would have been called on for his opinion. The way it is now the umps don't have to watch the game beyond what happens at their base.

Nice DP after the great pick by Wright.

I didn't think it was clear-cut off the foot after watching
numerous replays.

The umps did convene so I have to just assume that none of them saw it.
Hell, I did!!

I was surprised Ronnie called replays inconclusive. The ball changed direction. Could it have been spin on the ball? Possibly, I suppose. But I certainly did not get that impression. Maybe I should be more pissed at Colon for the throw. Just the fact that it was F.F.F. batting got my blood up.

OO, nice double by C Young.

FknFrdyFremn runs like Bill Buckner at his worst. And of course he gets a double out of that line single.

Gary informs that EY Young has struck out in every game so far, 22 in all....that just seems like a whole lot this early....wow....

Wonder what the team record is for consecutive games
with at least one K.

Way too much. But then when he gets on he seems to score every freakin time, or at least get in scoring position. He has got to cut down on those Ks.
