Despite shoddy production values and a design that -borrowing heavily from the year prior- seems like an afterthought, the 1969 Topps set is extremely popular among collectors. The 1969 set includes, naturally, the highly sought after 1969 Mets. And 45 Hall of Famers also appear in the set. Name them. One guess per post. Cards to follow.

Bench was part of some fine batteries, but the Mose reliable battery in Detroit was Alkaline...uh, Al Kaline.
