The Quiz in Honor of Marlon Byrd is like last year's quiz in honor of Scott Hairston. +1.

Marlon Byrd is the 34th Met to hit at least 20 HR's in one season. Name the other 33. One guess per post. You may recall that in last year's version of this quiz, Vic Sage, incredulous over the final answer, threatened to blow Lunchbucket's head to smithereens, Smith & Wesson style. Or something like that.

I didn't know that photo appeared on a real baseball card! (I like my version better, I have to say.)



I'll kick off the quiz by saying... John Milner. The earliest Met in my memory to hit 20 homers.

Jim Hickman held the Met record for a while. 34, I think.

OE - I was almost certain of this, but BBRef disagrees.

I had a hunch that Prince would throw down Hidalgo if he participated. Same first guess last year.
