G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 Not that MFYS III isn't already one of the more embarrassing places.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 They've got to quit giving away the few base-runners that are managing to get on. You can't go on Pettite's first move because he'll just change to a second move in mid-stream.And hoping that he'll be called for a balk is silly because he's been called for like one since sometime around Eisenhower's first term. It's simply not going to happen.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 Very nice Niese!Ks the side in the 5th.

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 Nice of Pettitte to finally decide that he's OK.I've seen opera intermissions that weren't that long.

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 Two shitty grounders sandwiched around an opposite field slice and this is still a dangerous inning.

nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 Howie Rose talking about Valdespin being told to play ARod by gwetting much closer to the second base bag... And no sooner does Howie says it then arod grounds one right at Valdespin!Defensive positioning at work!

Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 3-0 is simply not enough with a phosphorus-coated bullpen in this shark tank.

Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 Errors and walks are killers.

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 Parnell for the 8th.The thing that ticked me off the most in yesterdays game was Parnell coming in and givin up a gopher. Do your job Bobby!
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 They're simply giving this game away. It's only a matter of who hits the go-ahead HR this inning, not if.
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 We all know how this is going to end....
