Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 The question in the previous article. If you had a choice between 800 homeruns or finding true love (possibly with a ballerina played by Emily Blunt, but true love has many faces), which would you choose. Now, Chip Hall went for the homerun crown and Ike Davis went for the true love, but that's a little unfair, as Davis has a reasonable shot in his lifetime for something like half of the 800 homers, and many of us married folk are experiencing something reasonably like the fairy tale "true love." So perhaps take this test from the perspective of yourself being as utterly devoid of true love as you are of big league power.

Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 If I hit 800 homers, I could buy myself true love nightly. And they'd all be hotter than Emily Blunt.
