Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 I don't think we ever got to this guy.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 I expect him to be mountain-climbingly awesome.(or really, give me his Mets career numbers and that's what I expect)3.08 ERA, 210 IP, 140K, 15-9, 33 starts.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 19-15, 3.65. I'm giving him lots of decisions like an old-school knuckler would have.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 That''d be really awesome if he piled up 250+ innings.I just think it's become a really bitter pill to swallow for a manager to let a pitcher take his third trip to he plate.
MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 15-10 , 3.04And the first _ _ - _ _ _ _ _ _ (don't want to jinx it) in team history.Later
nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 12-9, 3.55 in 29 starts, he's going to be that guy who they don't score for.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 32 starts, 205 IP, 20 HR allowed, 135/50 K/BB, 12-10 record, 3.51 ERA, 1.25 WHIP
Guest El Segundo Escupidor Guests Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Will throw a no-no and afterwards dedicate it to the originator of this thread.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 I think we'll be quite happy with his season. As for numbers, I'll guess 13-9, 3.60 ERA.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Lengthy and all-over-the-map interview with RA yesterday onFatcessa's show. Mike can be annoying on so many levels but he does do good interviews. If the interview is on WFAN's site,I highly recommend it.14-6, 3.67

The rest of it was good though. I enjoyed the part where they discussed how Manuel basically didn't believe in him.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Manuel could be Willie Randolph on moral steroids, the way he believed in that winners-and-losers garbage. You have to go back a long way to find a manager who used the doghouse the way he did. Good for Dickey for always pitching well enough to avoid it. He probably bought Manuel a half season more of employment.

He's GOT to give them their due. Also, who calls into a show WHILE a game they're watching is in progress?

(at least he was paying attention to Dickey) so he had to ask the producer who hit it. The little bit I do listen to his show I get the feeling his ideal show is him watching sports and just sorta BSing about it. Probably was annoyed someone scheduled a Dickey interview during the beginning of the Yankees game.
