'Wolf and me are the last quarterfinal, methinks. Valad went AWOL, and the 'Wolf had computer issues, hence the holdup in our quarter of the bracket.

I don't really get how so many are posting complaints but nobody is posting submissions (and hasn't for like a month). Is there any particular matchup that brought this to the screaming halt that it was brought to? Should I just unstick the thread out of embarrassment?

Well, I for one am in the Loser's Lounge so I can't post a submission anymore. In fact I'm in the Loser's Lounge partially because I rushed a submission to avoid bringing the contest to a screeching halt (although I may have lost regardless of how much time I spent composing).
