Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 Based on his 2012 pace (because why not?), he's scheduled to tie the record in game 137, Wednesday, September 5, a day game in St. Louis, before the best fans in baseball. He's scheduled to break the record two days later, on Friday evening, September 7, at home against Atlanta. That's a six game homestand, giving him some slack, but please Mets, pretty please, don't be like the Yankees and have Wright fake an injury in order for him to break the record at home. You can't get weaker than that shit.Anybody who wants to figure out expected pitchers on those days, please step up.
