It includes a century or so of The Sporting News archives, invaluable to research efforts; other local papers, too. Google had bought it and kept it off the grid. Once it was pulled from us regular Joes, I had to join SABR to make use of it. Not that joining SABR was a bad thing, but I probably wouldn't have bothered had TSN still been readily available.
