We're down to just a few slots left, all late in the season. A great opportunity for you first-time KTE'ers to benefit from the experience of reading a ton of great work by folks who are excellent baseball writers and creating a piece that incorporates your own style and insight. Or you could do what I do and just make up a bunch of snarky stuff and randomly intersperse the names of players on the team you choose. I try to keep the comments about pitchers and hitters segregated, but since I assume people think I know nothing about baseball anyway I don't stress that too much. I was thinking about inserting passages from Penthouse Forum into my piece this time, but then I remembered that Fman did that last year.

It's actually kind of fun, is what I'm saying. Jump in.
